AnswerNet Announces Acquisition of Enco Utility Services, Expanding its Footprint in the Utility and Energy Sectors

HORSHAM, PA – June 1, 2026 – Cerida Investment Corporation dba AnswerNet, a premier full-service business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology provider, today announced the acquisition of the Enco Utility Services team. Effective June 1, 2026, the acquisition strengthens AnswerNet’s extensive portfolio of administrative and customer support solutions and expands its specialized offerings for the utility and energy markets.
