Katherine Demeritte is the Senior Vice President of Customer Service. Ms. Demeritte is responsible for the Customer Billing, Contact Center, Bill Print & Mail, and Remittance Processing. Ms. Demeritte spent 21 years at Bahamas Power and Light, working both in accounting and customer serve before joining The Grand Bahama Power Company as the Director, Customer Service. She later joined the City of Homestead as the Customer Service Director before moving on to ENCO. In all her roles Ms. Demeritte has led the charge for improving customer satisfaction using technology, while never forgetting the human element.
